When Manocia started designing bags she was fulfilling a promise of many years; to make beautiful and useful bags, both lovely and decorative but robust enough to be used every day. After living and working in Asia, France, Africa, Indonesia, Australia and now in Britain with her husband Jonathan. who is from Scotland, hence her love for Harris Tweed, Manocia has collected many ideas and inspirations from her travels.
